As an end user, I should be able to collapse and expand sub-assemblies within a BOM just like I can in DocuStudio. ["Illustration Viewer"]

As a Documoto Administrator, I would like to have the option to watermark and/or finger print exported and downloaded content from Documoto so that I can trace the source of content leakage to unexpected recipients if/when it occurs. Use Case: I intentionally lock down my Documoto tenant to only dealers and customers that have contracts to work with my company. However, some of those users still export and sometimes distribute my content in PDF format without my businesses's consent.

As an Admin, I would like to be able to change the "Type" and "Categories" labels so that I can pick clearer wording for my end users for these filters. ["Admin","labels","library"]

As an Admin, I would to be able to set a custom color for the multi-diagram forward / backward buttons so that I can stylize the button to be highly visible to end users. Comments: The color for the multi-diagram buttons for an interactive page should be selected via Style Editor rather then default to white and black. The black & white color just doesn't stand out enough. If you bring the blue outline to the box around the arrow and make the arrow blue and then shade the background of the page area and change that text to white, it will be perfect. Currently, on the landing page, it restricts the number of rows to two rows or 12 tiles to display. Anything more and you have to click the show more button. It would be nice to have the ability to show all, all the time, so that users don't mistake a lack of information on the landing page. []

Request --- Please add an override button/check-box option to media which, when toggled, would prevent downloads, regardless of how the users/user groups/organizations are set up. Context --- In our setup, we allow most people the ability to download and print material for use in an offline environment. This allows our uses to download what they need for a specific job in an offline environment. As such, nearly all of our users have the ability to download media. In a separate project we are doing in our library, we would like to add some media (videos in this case) that we do not wish to be downloaded. However, we do not have the ability to prevent video-downloads without preventing all-downloads, defeating the main purpose of our current layout/strategy. We do not want to host the videos in YouTube because of the effort we have expended to get our users accustomed to using our library as the central repository for information about our products, and because of how we have organized our taxonomy. The current process for emailing a shopping cart parts list is not intuitive for end users. Users have to click the "Export" button before they can access the "Email" option, which is an unintuitive extra click. To improve the user experience, I recommend adding a dedicated "Email" button directly within the shopping cart. This would make the email functionality more discoverable and accessible, allowing users to quickly and easily share the cart contents via email without having to navigate through additional steps.

As an end user, if the final taxon tile leads to a single result, I would like Documoto to open directly to that result since clicking the tile just to find one result results in an unnecessary click. Comments: We would be interested in an option to configure a taxon to launch directly into a book when clicked on, avoiding the filters page all together. Via our taxonomy and tag structure, we can often return 1 book on the filters page making the filters page an unnecessary step in many cases. ["library","navigation","taxonomy"]

As Admin I would like to be able to select how search results are named in to downloadable zip package. Use case: our documents have filename which is at the same a hash key of the content and therefore not so user friendly. If user searches for certain serial number he typically gets handful of results – Operators Manual, Parts manual etc. When he downloads results as zip package, zip first of all has very cryptic name. Secondarily, when he opens up zip he sees only files with cryptic hash key names and can not know which file is for which type of media. Instead, I would like to be able to: A) give somewhere in admin center dynamic naming convention for zip contents (at least for each file to use display name. Even better if I could select combination of tags, like: filename in zip=“serialnumber”+\_“medianame”+.pdf B) give somewhere in admin center dynamic naming convention for zip package. Like: zip name=”search term” or zip name=”serialnumber”+”date”.zip

I would like the ability to delete an unused page. Books change, and pages once needed now simply exist to clutter searches for other pages. I would like to be able to remove a page, like I can delete media, without having to submit a support ticket.
