Show more tiles on Landing page

Currently, on the landing page, it restricts the number of rows to two rows or 12 tiles to display. Anything more and you have to click the show more button. It would be nice to have the ability to show all, all the time, so that users don't mistake a lack of information on the landing page.

Thanks all! We will move forward with Option 2 based on the responses. Please keep an eye on release notes for this feature to be introduced to the Documoto library (tentatively targeting a release in August).

I also prefer Option 2. Thanks!

Option 2 is preferred. We have used option 1 on other platforms, and our end users tend to miss items as the cursor has to be in a defined area when scrolling.

We are currently working on the enhancement to show all browse flow tiles on the Library Home page. We have encountered one specific UX concern that we wanted to raise and get feedback –
If the tenant has more than three rows of browse flow tiles, or the user is on a smaller desktop device (ex. their laptop screen versus a monitor), then additional information (ex. Favorites, Recently Viewed, Recently Added), may be hidden from view when they initially open the landing page.
We have two different options for moving forward with this feature:
- Option 1 is a bound area that allows the user to scroll within a bounded area to see all tiles, ensuring the user can see additional information (ex. Favorites, Recently Added, Recently Viewed) when they open the landing page:
- Option 2 simply shows all tiles and the user has to scroll down to see additional information (they do not see Favorites, Recently Added, Recently Viewed) on initially landing on the home page:
Our current plan is to move forward with Option 2 - However, we wanted to offer the community a chance to provide feedback before we do so. We will make a decision on this by Tuesday (July 9th) next week.
NOTE: MVP of this feature will be that this applies tenant-wide (no organization override).

We will reach the limit soon and did not know there was a limitation. Displaying 3 rows would be good.

Any traction on this idea? I would like to add, maybe have an option to display 2 rows (default), display 3 rows, and then a show all. Thanks!
