Updates needed to Order Management Viewer

We are running into situations where users within a distributor/dealer organization leave the company or go on vacation, and other users within that same organization need access to view orders that were previously placed, review historical orders, or see all orders for their organization.
There is currently a feature called Order Management Viewer that provides this visibility. However, the issue is that it also allows distributor/dealer users to change the order status and add comments.
If an order has already been approved by us, we cannot allow the distributor/dealer to change the order status at will or add comments after approval. We need a view-only option that allows users to see order history and order details without the ability to modify status or add comments.
I would like to know how many of you are using this feature, and does it work for you?

We understand the need for a view-only option in Order Management Viewer so distributor/dealer users can review order history and details without being able to change status or add comments after approval. We’re currently reviewing your feedback and will look into it further, then follow up with next steps.
