TOC search 'Suggested Search Terms' panel should close when user stops typing

Currently, when a user enters a search term in the TOC search bar, the suggested search panel remains in view (blocking the actual search results) until the user clicks outside of the search bar or hits enter or return on a keyboard. I would expect the suggested search panel to also close after the user has stopped typing for a few seconds.

We’re currently reviewing the behavior you described with the TOC search “Suggested Search Terms” panel staying open and blocking results, and we’ll look into whether it can automatically close after a few seconds of inactivity.
