Storefront - Attached files for Quotations and POs

As an end user, I would like to have a way to attach files to orders before submitting my PO or RFQ so I can submit critical documents for processing the order (ex. a purchase approval document or a picture of my equipment) along with the order.
Comments:
It would be highly appreciated if final customers are able to attache one/some file(s) (pictures, PDF, etc) while they are submitting a PO or RFQ.
At this way, they might explain better about some parts they are NOT finding on the Portal by pointing on a picture, i.e.
As a suggestion, these files might be attached to the RFQ or PO email. These emails could be sent to the pre-settled email address.
Additionally, they might be stored in a cloud repository, at least for some days.
