Schedule Maintenance Books

I am reaching out to developers see if anyone has the need or have produced Schedule Maintenance books for their products lines in Documoto. We have experimented with a few concepts and would like to build these books per product line, and have them define the interval of scheduled maintenance (4Khrs, 8Khrs 12Khrs and so on) and the expected service action (inspect, clean or replace).
This would help our users:
- Identify parts quickly
- Know exactly what part needs to ordered for the next service internal
- Allow work instructions and required tools to be linked to the task
- Define the flat rate schedule to complete the scheduled maintenance

We've trialed a few items for our maintenance schedules. The main structure our schedules are built around a listing of all the VMIs for that particular machine/product. We've then created a parts book that matches that same format with pages for each VMI. To then aid the customer, we made chapters for the different intervals (4k hrs, etc) and included the VMI parts page into that chapter.
We still have the issue though that there's not a simple 'add all to the cart' feature yet for being able to add an entire page or chapter to the cart. The end customer still has to go through and select each part, but are able to at least view it through one central location.
We're still experimenting with more options and I'll follow up with other posts as we come up with them.
