“Report an Issue” Emails Missing Reporter Info Break Integrations

The “Report an Issue” feature would be significantly more useful for integrations if it allowed configurable fields to be included in the email body. Currently, key information like the reporting user is not present in the body, making it difficult for systems like monday.com to capture who submitted the issue.
Allowing administrators to define which fields (e.g., reporter name, email, document, context) are included in the email body—or providing a structured/template format—would greatly improve automation and traceability.
Additionally, an option to generate a mailto-style link (similar to how document links are included) that pre-populates an email with this information would provide more flexibility for different workflows and integrations.

One of the strongest features of Documoto is integration for local ERP or other systems. As another customer who leans on an integration, I would also love more customizable features like this.

Hello Nate Record, thank you for submitting this feedback — it’s very helpful. We are currently reviewing your request around making the “Report an Issue” emails more integration-friendly (including configurable/structured fields like reporter info, and the option for a mailto-style link that pre-populates those details), and we’ll follow up if we need any additional information.
