As an Administrator, I would like Documoto to support a 'Contact Us' or 'Chat with Us' option on pages other than content pages so my users can contact me about any issues or questions they have, not just content issues and questions.

Kind of like "Report an Issue" but an option to send someone an email directly when a question occurs (not just a content issue) would be nice. Kind of like a chat bubble you see on many websites, but in this case it wouldn't be actively monitored, since it would send an email. The recipient of the email would be the same as the "Report an Issue."
