Library - "Contact Us" Option

As an Administrator, I would like Documoto to support a 'Contact Us' or 'Chat with Us' option on pages other than content pages so my users can contact me about any issues or questions they have, not just content issues and questions.
Comments:
Kind of like "Report an Issue" but an option to send someone an email directly when a question occurs (not just a content issue) would be nice. Kind of like a chat bubble you see on many websites, but in this case it wouldn't be actively monitored, since it would send an email. The recipient of the email would be the same as the "Report an Issue."

Also, the “Report an Issue” feature includes subject, from, message, and attachments fields. It would be very helpful to have the ability to create additional structured fields that automatically populate when a user submits the form.
While this information can be included in the body of the notification email, having defined fields would better guide users to provide more complete and consistent details. If the data structure remains consistent for each submission, it would also allow us to automate this information into a more meaningful workflow using third-party applications.

I would like to add that the email for this 'Contact Us' button should be configurable to a different email address than the 'Report an Issue' button. This would give us the ability to separate those functions into different workflows and potentially different teams responding. It would be easy to still send everything to the same email and team if that fits your companies workflow.

I would like to see an actual Chat function opened up so we could have the option of responding in real time to suer questions
