Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Tracking

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are a great thing to track in order to gauge how your end users are using and utilizing Documoto. Keeping an eye on KPI’s on a monthly or quarterly basis can help you know when things are going well or when things possibly need improvement in order for end users to get the most out of Documoto.
Different industries look for different indicators, but there are some that are universal such as number of logins or number of orders in a period of time. Whether it’s reports ran within Documoto using the Reporting module or special requests sent to the Services team, what are some reports you run or have ran in order to track KPI’s? Also, what are some metrics that you classify as a positive or negative when reviewing the reports?

A couple of the main KPIs that I specifically use as the main admin for my company are the # of logins by each Organization and the # of media views. Most of our customers use a direct url for getting to the login page so their foot traffic doesn't show up on our main company website, thus certain people within the company then don't see the amount of traffic that we actually get. We use the full Documoto suite as a customer portal for our outside customers, thus the amount of traffic tends to be a main indicator discussed internally.
