Include Part Pages that are Linked When Printing an Interactive Parts Book to PDF

Currently if a linked page (Hotpoint Link) is not in the TOC the book will not include those pages. When printing an Interactive Parts Book to PDF, it should include all linked parts pages even those that are not in the TOC. This results in a parts book that is incomplete.
