Diagram Import/Export

Most manufacturers create complex engineering diagrams in a CAD software, but need to export it to a image file type like .jpg, .tif, .png, or .svg in order to import it into DocuStudio to create a page in Documoto. While each file type has it’s similarities and difference’s one of the best image types to use is a .svg. With a .svg, you can utilize the SVG Auto Hotpointing algorithm in DocuStudio in order to hotpoint the page faster with over 99% accuracy.
Depending on the CAD software used, there are various ways to export a CAD drawing into other image formats. Could you please explain the process you use to export the drawing into a usable file for DocuStudio?
