Change Hotpoint Colors When Item is Added to Cart

Currently, when an item is added to the shopping cart, that item turns red within the bill of materials. I would like for the color of the hotpoint in the illustration to also turn red. It would be nice to be able to control the color of both the item in the BOM and the hotpoint when the part is added to cart. This would make it more clear to the end user that the part has already been added to the cart.

We understand how having the hotpoint match the BOM color when a part is added to the cart would make it much clearer for end users, and we’re going to review what it would take to support controlling both colors. Erin Steinmann I think if you are going to allow the color to change, you should also allow the user to specify the color it changes too. Red would be a good default, but depending the branded color scheme, some users may have a more appropriate color in mind.
