Also, how would you like to define/select the chapter target (for example, an existing chapter/TOC entry), and should that target remain stable if pages/content shift after republishing? Lastly, who is the intended audience for these links (internal publishers, authenticated users via SSO, or public users), and where will the links be used (only within Documoto content, or also shared externally via URL)?
